The lamp’s spherical body houses an integrated LED light source, partially enclosed by a rotating disk that creates an eclipse-like effect. As the disk moves inward or outward, it modulates the intensity of light, producing an array of atmospheric and intimate settings. A delicate gold-leaf interior adds warmth, offering a mesmerizing contrast against the lamp’s sleek black exterior, enhancing its visual appeal.

Francesca Borelli
Francesca Borelli, born in Rome in 1993, is an emerging Italian designer known for her conceptual and emotionally-driven approach to product design, as seen in her creation of the Eva Lamp for Oluce.
She holds a degree in Product Design from IED Rome and is pursuing a master’s degree in Design at the University of Florence (UNIFI). Borelli's passion for design was nurtured in her mother’s architectural studio, where she developed an early appreciation for geometry, form, and functionality.
Her work focuses on the interaction between humans and objects, crafting designs that merge movement, light, and space. She describes her aesthetic as a fusion of conceptual storytelling and functional minimalism, aiming to evoke both emotion and practicality. Borelli’s innovative approach continues to make waves in contemporary design, particularly in the realm of lighting.
